JusTech Consulting (“JusTech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

JusTech Consulting is a software and cloud consultancy based in South Africa. We are the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you’re interested in, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security provider may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and to produce aggregate, privacy-friendly visitor statistics. These visitor statistics are cookieless.

Advertising and conversion measurement. We advertise our services through Google Ads. The Google tag on our site may set cookies and similar identifiers to measure the effectiveness of our adverts — for example, recording that a visitor who clicked one of our ads later submitted the contact form — and may be used for remarketing. This can involve Google processing your information, including outside South Africa, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. See Cookies & your choices below for how to opt out.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To communicate with you about your project or engagement.
• To maintain the security, integrity and performance of our website.

We never sell your personal information.

Our lawful basis

We process your information based on your consent (given when you submit the contact form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers (operators) who process information on our behalf and are required to keep it secure:

• Web3Forms — processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security.
• Google (Google Ads) — advertising and conversion measurement. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies in advertising.
• Our email provider — to receive and store our email correspondence with you.

Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. Where they do, we rely on their safeguards and contractual commitments, as permitted under POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS encryption and reputable service providers — to safeguard your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request that we correct or delete it;
• object to its processing, or withdraw your consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Cookies & your choices

Our visitor statistics are cookieless. We do use Google Ads cookies and similar technologies to measure conversions from our advertising and, where applicable, for remarketing. You can control these:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
